Michelle Creer, Associate Minister

Rev. Creer has been in ministry for over twenty years. As an Associate Minister, serving St. Paul AME for over a decade, she is actively engaged in prayer ministries, preaching and mentoring women and youth alike.

Born in Cleveland, it was at the age of nineteen, that she discovered God had a calling on her life. Her grandmother’s Pastor told her of a unique call. That very day, something inside of her sparked! Like the scripture above, she lives her life on the basis that no matter what she or anyone plans, whether good or evil, God’s will is what ultimately triumphs.

A day in her shoes includes one-on-one sessions with women and youth. The subject matter of these conversations may vary; however, sessions are often along the lines of encouraging others to “live out their purpose,” how-to deal with issues and mistakes of the past, and lastly aiding them in setting and accomplishing goals. Moving past issues and mistakes is very important to her as once this occurs, they are no longer bound to the past.

While an active part of her church community, Rev. Creer works as a Compliance Manager (CM) for a local global manufacturing company. Prior to working as a CM, she worked in IT as an Information Technology Manager. In what spare time she has she enjoys traveling the world, walks by bodies of water, exercising, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
